Manchester United's summer signing Casemiro is reportedly regretting his decision to sign for the Old Trafford outfit.
The Brazilian joined Erik ten Hag's side for an eye-watering £60million fee from Spanish giants Real Madrid but has struggled to secure a regular place in the Reds' starting XI. Instead, he has been forced to watch from the sidelines as Scott McTominay has kept his place in the team following a dramatic uplift in form.
According to reports coming out of Spain, that has led to the midfielder revealing his regret of moving to England to his friends. Todo Fichajes report that Casemiro has "commented to his closest circle that he regrets leaving Real Madrid and that, if he could, he would go back in time to continue under Carlo Ancelotti".
It is even claimed that the midfielder is so "angry" that he would even consider leaving on loan in January in order to secure regular first-team football.
Elsewhere, reports coming out of Italy suggest United could look to swap Anthony Martial and Donny van de Beek for Inter Milan centre-back Milan Skriniar in January.
According to InterLive [via TEAMtalk], United hope to beat Paris Saint-Germain to the Slovakia defender's signature by swooping for him in January rather than waiting for his contract to expire next summer. It is claimed they are ready to make a "desperate" attempt to sign the player as PSG would be his "first choice".
However, the report adds that Inter would be likely to reject the proposal as they are not keen on bringing in either player from United.
